Aggiornamento #4: Anche Beyoncé secondo Entertainment Weekly si esibirà durante il prestigioso evento, nonostante la diva abbia annunciato da poco la sua gravidanza con tanto di pancione
Aggiornamento #3: confermati come performers anche Alicia Keys, che si esibirà in coppia con Maren Morris, The Weeknd sarà invece sul palco con i Daft Punk. Andersoon Paak si esibirà con il gruppo Hip-Hop storico “A Tribe Called Quest”.
Aggiornamento #2: Dopo la conferma della partecipazione di Adele in qualità di performer all’evento, poche ora fa é stato confermato anche Bruno Mars, che si aggiunge ad una line-up costituita da Adele appunto, John Legend, Metallica, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood.
Aggiornamento: uno dei produttorei dei Grammy, Ken Ehrlich, avrebbe confermato la presenza di Beyoncé ed Adele nella line-up dei performer del prestigioso evento!
Alla domanda “Adele e Beyoncé sono state contattate per esibirsi?” ha infatti risposto:
“Davvero poca gente dice di no ai Grammy. Per tutto il corso degli anni in cui mi sono occupato dello show, ci sono state solo tre o quattro persone che si sono rifiutate”
Alla domanda se fossero state Beyoncé oppure Adele a rifiutarsi ha risposto:
“Non dirò di chi si tratta. Ma posso dirvi che Adele e Beyoncé non sono fra queste. Abbiamo la sensazione che entrambe saranno con noi a febbraio”
Sono state rese note da Billboard le nominations per i prossimi ambiti Grammy Awards che si terranno la sera del 12 Febbraio 2017. Il numero più alto di nominations vanno ancora una volta alla regina della black music, Beyoncé, con ben 9 categorie assegnate! Seguono subito dopo Drake, Rihanna e Kanye West con 8 categorie a testa.
