È il primo singolo e la title track del terzo album in studio in inglese della cantautrice colombiana Shakira. Ha dichiarato al Daily Star l’11 luglio 2009: “Parla di una ragazza domestica che si libera. Credo che tutti abbiamo un lupo dentro di noi che aspetta di uscire”.
Shakira ha scritto e prodotto questo brano dalle tinte electro insieme a John Hill, già noto per aver prodotto il disco di debutto autoprodotto di Santigold.Questo feroce pezzo electro-pop è stato un successo enorme anche in Italia.
